Everyone tells you to “get the docs upfront.”
We build the system
that chases the payslips.
Every file stalls on the same thing: a document the client has, and has not sent. We build the systems that request the full list once, chase each missing item in your voice, check what comes back and file it against the deal in your CRM. The first one is on us.
- Chased until it arrives
- Filed where it belongs
The file is ready.
The client isn’t.
Settlement timelines slip on paperwork, not on lending.
- “Three payslips, two statements and a rates notice. I’ve asked four times.”
- “They sent a photo of a screen. The lender wants the PDF.”
- “My assistant’s whole job is asking people for things they already have.”
Clients aren’t difficult. They’re busy, and one long email with eleven requests in it gets a third of them done.
Requested
in one list
Everything the lender will want, worked out from the scenario, sent as a checklist the client can tick off from their phone.
Chased
in your voice
Only the missing items, only until they arrive, in messages that sound like you and stop the moment the file is complete.
Checked
and filed
Right document, right period, readable. Named properly and attached to the deal in your CRM, with the checklist updated.
What brokers
ask first.
Is client data safe?
Documents go straight into the CRM or drive you already use and trust. We don’t hold copies, and the system runs inside your accounts, not ours.
Will it work with our CRM?
We build to whatever you run. The checklist, the chase and the filing all happen against the deal record you already have.
Can it tell a good payslip from a bad one?
It checks the period, the employer and that it’s legible, and asks again if not. A person still reviews the file before it goes to the lender.
Stop sending
the same email six times.
Book the call and bring a file that’s currently stuck. We’ll scope the system that would have it complete, then build it in your CRM in about two weeks. The first one is free.
